The Autocor system has two basic versions:

When deployed for mobile use, the concrete placing system itself is movable, while the formworks remain fixed in place.

When deployed for stationary use, the concrete placing system is installed in a fixed position, and the formworks are moved to the correct position by means of transportation systems.

With the mobile Autocor, a concrete pump with a buffer storage is combined with a placing system. The Autocor is continuously supplied with concrete by a bucket conveyor. In the buffer storage, the material is continually mixed and homogenised, without air being added. A flexible placing boom means that formworks do not need to be underlaid, which is both time-consuming and expensive. The Autocor system is completed by a control system that is matched to the process requirements.
